How is it set up?

InnoArmy meets three days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 6am to 7am. This regular schedule allows participants to establish a consistent exercise routine that can help improve their fitness levels and overall health.By offering the class early in the morning, participants have the opportunity to start their day off with a burst of physical activity, which can increase energy levels and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

Additionally, exercising in the morning can help to boost metabolism and burn calories throughout the day.

Attending the workout class three days a week provides individuals with a well-rounded fitness routine.
