You can choose to dedicate a full day to muscle specialisation for the arms or incorporate additional exercises for a specific area of the arms at the end of your regular workouts. Both options are designed to enhance the strength and appearance of your arm muscles.

If you opt for a full day of muscle specialisation, you will dedicate an entire training session to focus solely on your arms. Additional Work for Specific Arm Areas:
